Terms & Conditions for Splash and Fun Water Park

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Assumption of Risk: All persons entering the park do so at their own risk.

  2. Child Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  3. Code of Conduct:

    • The use of foul language, disruptive behavior, or any attempt to disturb the peace will result in immediate expulsion from the park without refund.

    • The park reserves the right to involve authorities if necessary, and offenders may face prosecution.

  4. Ride Safety: Violation of ride regulations or safety instructions is grounds for expulsion without reimbursement.

  5. Prohibited Items: Glass bottles or containers are strictly prohibited.

  6. Personal Belongings: The park is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen items.

  7. Deckchairs & Umbrellas: These are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved, relocated, or added.

  8. Security & Monitoring:

    • The park is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for the safety and security of all guests.

    • By entering, guests consent to being recorded for security purposes.

    • Any misuse, tampering with park property, or violation of rules may be recorded and used for investigations or legal proceedings.

  9. Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes or legal claims against Splash and Fun Water Park must be filed exclusively in the courts of Malta.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere may result in removal from the park without refund.
